Tristan's First Day of School

Tristan is officially growing up. He has started his first year of preschool at The Odyssey Day School. He goes twice per week and won't even go anywhere close to his classroom without his blanket. Here are the pics from his first day, as you can tell he is a little unsure of the whole thing.

On Saturday we went back to the Magic Kingdom. The lines were real short in the morning so we rode alot of the kids rides. Later we went back to the Magic Kingdom to go to the Main St parade. It was really beautiful and as usual the kids loved it

On Friday we went to the Animal Kingdom. The kids loved the animals, especially on the safari. Tristan & Avery got tattoos. (Ya ya too). We had dinner at Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. After, the kids played on the playground by the pool, then we went to Downtown Disney where the kids showed off dancing at the kids outdoor dance club.

Disney Day-1

Yes, Disney was that good that we are going one blog post/per day. Here we go: the kids did great on the plane down. Tristan watched a movie, and Avery slept almost the whole way. Our rooms were ready early, so we got to the Magic Kingdom pretty early and actually did a lot the first day. The lines were really short even in the afternoon,(Disney in September rules!) and the kids loooooved "Its a small world"

We headed over to Castle Island on a nice quiet Sunday morning. It was really nice. The late morning sun was actually a lot hotter than we expected but it wasn't that bad. A school of blue fish was passing by so the kids got to watch all the fishermen catching fish. Plus, they like all the planes flying by.

Once again, it was time for the cousin picnic in Beverly. This year we were only there for like 2 hours before a thunderstorm rolled in but we still had fun. And on the video, Tristan you got to get rid of the ball quicker than that. The defense is going to be all over you. Tom Brady wouldn't be so indecisive. :)

It is almost a weekly occurance where I drag Tristan down to the pond at like 6:30am on a Saturday or Sunday to walk the dog, but today we took Avery instead of the dog. All in all, it was probably a bit more walking than Avery is used too, but we had fun.
