New England Aquarium

AAhhh, Tristan amongst the penguins where he belongs, again. Yep we went to the aquarium again with Auntie and Cay-dog. Just a little over a month since the last time we went, but what a difference for Avery! She had a ball now that she is walking better, and isn't it funny how fake the fish look in the flash. And I will note that I found free parking again. I own this city! Sorry Jackie, I had to brag.

Christmas Eve

On Christmas eve, we went to Uncle Chuck's for his annual feast. Chuck was in classic form this year as the food was unbelievable. We ate boiled lobsters, baked-stuffed lobsters, bake stuffed shrimp, his new salmon dish, calamiri, quohogs, steamers, and........oh right the kids. Ya, they had a good time too. Tristan looked handsome and Avery shined in her prom dress.

Another Trip to the Children's Musuem
The last time we were at the Children's Musuem, the kids loved it so much that we got a membership. Now we need to go as much as possible to get our money's worth. Yet again, Tristan rules the climbing structure and is by far the youngest child to climb with no help to the top. Avery practices walking with a wooden push toy, pretty soon she will be walking on her own. Check out the video of Avery walking.

Edaville Railroad

On Saturday Dec 8th, we went to the Edaville Railroad in Carver, MA. Although it was very cold, we had a fantastic time. We had the kids all bundled up, and there was so much to do. We went on the historic train ride, which was great. They said that more than 12 million people have riden on that train since its been there. Jackie used to go there as a kid with her family. We also went on some rides. I took Tristan on the tea cups which was a mistake because he was scared shit! He was yelling that he wanted to get off, but in true Joyce fashion, right when he got off the ride he said he loved it. They also had a huge pen of balls that they made look like a local cranberry bog, which are all over that area.

Hangin around the house

So I usually only post pictures of when we go out, so to change it up, I am posting pics around the house. The older that Tristan and Kennedy get, the more I seem to get squeezed out of our circle. Soon she will be Tristan's dog. On the lighter side, Avery loves this little 3 inch piece of plastic corn on the cob. Too funny.
