The second day in Ogunquit was rainy but we still managed to look for crabs at the beach. We also walked through the downpour to bring all 8 children to a restaurant for dinner. (We tipped the waitress extra) We then headed down to Perkins Cove in the drizzle to look through the shops and grab an ice cream before heading back to the hotel.
Day One: Ogunquit
Like my mohawk?
You should see what I caught.
We went up to Maine to spend a few days in Ogunquit. The beach was beautiful and although it did rain quite a bit we managed to have fun. We went with our friend Lynn and her 4 daughters and we met our friend Cristin there with her 2 kids. Kids all around!!

Bump's Lakehouse
While at bumps lake house we took trips to Glen Ellis Falls and Sabbaday falls. Glen Ellis was a little too steep to have the kids there, while Sabbaday was a great walk in the woods for everyone. The deer was spotted by Tristan while pulling up to the lakehouse. He said there was a deer in the woods and I thought he was kidding put I backed up and sure enough there was a deer about 50 feet from car.

Canopie Lake Park
The whole family took a trip to Canopie lake. It was hot so we went on a lot of the water rides. Tristan went on the log ride, the Boston Tea Party, and the chickens. He hated all three of them, so we didn’t make him go on anymore. Although, there is a great water park there that the kids loved, and Dad loved too!
