Strawberry Picking

We had a break in our long streak of rain and took advantage of that by going Strawberry Picking at Russell Farms in Ipswich. It was super muddy bu the kids had fun and we made a great strawberry/blueberry crisp.

Rainy Day Madness

I read an article in Family Fun magazine that suggested letting the kids paint the bathtub with washable paint as a fun rainy day activity. Do not listen to them!! The kids had a blast but it took me hours to get the washable paint off of the tub and the kids.

Fishing at Horn Pond

We met up with the cousins at Horn Pond for some fishing. Tristan and Avery had a great time, and Sage spent some time chilling with her BFF, Jaycie.

We went with some friends to the Franklin Park Zoo on another day. It was super crowded but the kids had fun and it was nice outside.

Stone Zoo

One of the kids fav spots is the zoo, any zoo. We have a membership to the zoo and spend a lot of time there. Tristan was excited to see the new Gibbon exhibit and happy to know that the big porcupines are now located safely inside with the meerkats.
